Subject: Recommendation to where to go on our summer vacation.

   Introduction:
I have been researching places to recommend where to go on our summer vacation and I have come up with two ideas. It's between going to Las Vegas or going to Jordan. I have developed my choice based on the following topics

-cost

-experience

-Travel time

         Recommendation:
I recommend that we go to Las Vegas. The reasons why are that the cost is too bad for a family of 5 and the travel time is a 5th of how long it will take to go to the Jordan.

       Cost:
Las Vegas: I've researched the costs for Vegas &if we were to go for a week the hotel room would be $173 a night. The rooms do have AC to stay cool in the desert heat, there's a golf course for dad, a gym for mom, there's a outdoor pool for the kids, and free wifi for all of us to use.

Jordan:
If you look at the prices we paid for last summer for our tickets the came out to $800 each which for our 5 person family is $4000 which already exceeds the cost to go to Vegas. The housing is free because our family that lives there. The extras like food and souvenirs would be about $3,000.

      Experience:
Las Vegas: For the fact that Vegas is usually for people over the age of 21 it's not the best place for kids, but all of us are over the age of 16 so we don't need a daycare or babysitting. There are really cool shows to go to and there's the m&m factory, circus circus, and the New York New York roller coaster.

Jordan: Since grandma lives in Jordan and so does most our family it would make this trip pretty exciting to see everyone. It's a once in a lifetime kind of trip. There is so much to do there and there is a big nightlife. We could learn more about out roots and our culture.

Travel time:
Las Vegas:  From here to Vegas it's 6 hours and 6 hours back which is like a 4th of the travel time from here to Jordan. Since 4 of us in the family drive we can all take turns driving so no one gets too tired.

Jordan: It usually takes a total of 25 hours total with all the stops and delays to get to Jordan because we stop on New York and Italy.  We also have to depart from LAX so we have to drive all the way there first. And there is a 10 hour layover in Italy where we can take a 6 hour tour to visit all the cool things Italy has to offer so it would also be a mini vacation in our vacation.

Conclusion: In conclusion Las Vegas would be the most practical way to go for a vacation because the trip to Jordan gets a bit pricey. It's a fun experience with lots to do.
